We will then provide you a laboratory requisition within the next business day, which can be taken to any lab conveniently located for you. If you decide to go ahead, a prescription will then be generated for you, and will be conveniently shipped to you.
If you need a higher level of support and accountability, the Ultimate plan may be the right fit for you. This plan includes weekly check-ins with your Health Coach, who can help you stay on track with nutrition, exercise, and other healthy habits. In addition, you also receive a personalized meal plan, and a personalized workout plan, which is updated every 4 months by a Registered Dietitian and Fitness Coach.
