Mounjaro is one of several medications that may be available to you as part of your cloudcure program. You’ll be able to request Mounjaro as part of your online visit, but this prescription will always be subject to approval by a cloudcure practitioner.
Yes. You’ll complete a video appointment with a licensed clinician and any required lab tests before a prescription can be issued, so your care team has what they need to review your request safely.
In Canada, Mounjaro is not available over the counter, so you need a prescription from a prescriber. If you are seeking a prescription for Mounjaro, you can talk to a cloudcure healthcare practitioner to see if a prescription is appropriate for you.

This will depend on your insurance policy. The good news is that if you are covered, cloudcure will be able to bill your insurer directly.
Cloudcure’s care plan membership is $69/month and includes your medical evaluation, lab work, consultations, medication prescription*, ongoing medical support, and access to Cloudcure’s mobile app. Our one-time $75 activation fee is currently waived. *Prescription is included, but medication costs are billed separately and may be covered by private insurance or an HSA.
Often, yes. Many private insurance plans cover prescription medications like Mounjaro, and you may also be able to claim eligible costs through a health spending account (HSA) if you have one. Upload your insurance information during your intake and, where coverage applies, we’ll bill your insurer directly so you only pay the difference. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend confirming details with your provider.

Your prescription is handled by a real, licensed clinician — never an algorithm — and your medication ships directly from a licensed pharmacy.
Shipping is free and discreet. Once your prescription is approved, the pharmacy typically ships your order within a few business days, and you’ll receive tracking information by email. Some orders require refrigerated shipping and a signature on delivery.
