Clinician-guided PCOS care that addresses every symptom. Your cycle, your hormones, your weight, and your wellbeing. All in one place.
Most women with PCOS spend years treating symptoms without ever understanding the root cause. Every Cloudcure PCOS care plan starts with comprehensive hormonal and metabolic testing — so your clinician knows exactly what’s driving your symptoms before building your plan.
Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, and LH/FSH ratios — the core hormonal markers that drive most PCOS symptoms including irregular cycles, hair changes, and acne.
Thyroid dysfunction is commonly overlooked in PCOS but directly impacts weight, energy, mood, and cycle regularity. We test it from day one.
Up to 70% of women with PCOS have some degree of insulin resistance — even without diabetes. We assess fasting insulin, glucose, and metabolic markers to understand how your body processes energy.
Women with PCOS carry a higher long-term risk of cardiovascular complications. We screen proactively so your care plan protects your future, not just your present.
Elevated androgens are at the root of many PCOS symptoms — facial hair, hair loss, acne, and irregular periods. We measure free and total testosterone alongside other androgen markers to understand your specific hormonal pattern.

Even without diabetes. Even at a healthy weight. Insulin resistance quietly drives weight gain, fatigue, cravings, and hormonal imbalance — and most women are never told it's the root cause.1
Women with PCOS have five times higher odds of experiencing anxiety symptoms — and nearly six times higher odds of moderate to severe anxiety compared to women without the condition. It's not stress. It's biology. And it deserves real treatment.2
Infertility affects up to 72% of individuals with PCOS — making it the leading cause of ovulation-related fertility challenges. Whether you're trying to conceive now or protecting your future options, your care plan addresses it directly.3

PCOS is a hormonal and metabolic condition that affects how your ovaries function. It’s one of the most common endocrine disorders in women of reproductive age — yet one of the most underdiagnosed. Common signs include irregular or missing periods, unexplained weight gain, hormonal acne, hair thinning, unwanted facial or body hair, fatigue, and mood changes. If any of these sound familiar, our 3-minute eligibility quiz is the fastest way to find out if Cloudcure is right for you.
Your journey starts with a comprehensive hormonal and metabolic lab panel — so your clinician understands exactly what’s driving your symptoms before building your plan. From there, you’ll have a 45-minute video consultation with a licensed Canadian clinician who specializes in PCOS. Your personalized treatment plan is delivered directly to you, with ongoing coaching, check-ins, and support built into every step.
PCOS is a complex condition with four distinct types — and symptoms alone aren’t enough to understand what’s really going on hormonally. Comprehensive lab work lets your clinician see your full picture: hormone levels, insulin markers, thyroid function, inflammation, and more. Your lab requisition is issued within 2 days of signing up, and results are reviewed before your first consultation so your appointment is focused entirely on your care plan.
Getting started requires a one-time program fee that covers your lab requisition, health intake, and initial physician consultation. Ongoing care is then billed per month, which includes your personalized treatment plan, 1:1 health coaching, nutritional guidance, prescription management, and unlimited access to your care team. Medication costs are billed separately and may be covered by your private insurance plan.
Treatment is always personalized to your PCOS type, your symptoms, and your health goals. Your physician may recommend hormonal therapies to regulate your cycle, insulin-sensitizing treatments to address metabolic imbalances, topical or oral treatments for skin and hair concerns, and targeted nutritional and lifestyle protocols. All prescriptions are issued based on your clinical results and the professional judgement of your physician.
Absolutely. Whether you received your diagnosis last week or ten years ago, Cloudcure meets you where you are. If you have existing labs or records, your physician will review them as part of your intake. If not, we’ll start fresh with a full panel. Either way, you’ll leave your first consultation with a plan that actually addresses all of your symptoms — not just the ones your last doctor had time to discuss.
No referral needed. You can start your eligibility quiz today and be connected with a licensed Canadian clinician without involving your GP. We do recommend keeping your primary care provider in the loop — but we never require it to get started.
Cloudcure is currently available in Ontario, with additional provinces coming soon. Enter your province in the eligibility quiz and we’ll let you know right away if you’re in a serviceable area.
