Root-cause testing,
not guesswork
Every Cloudcure care plan starts with a comprehensive lab panel covering 40+ biomarkers across six key systems.
Hormone Balance
- Estradiol
- Progesterone
- Total Testosterone
- Free Testosterone
- FSH
- LH
This panel examines the hormones that drive your menstrual cycle, energy levels, mood, and reproductive function.
Thyroid function
- TSH
- Free T3
- Free T4
- TPOAb
This panel measures how well your thyroid supports metabolism, weight management, body temperature, and mental clarity.
Inflammation & blood health
- CBC with differential
- Ferritin
- hs-CRP
This panel reviews iron storage, oxygen delivery, and systemic inflammation — all of which affect energy, hormonal function, and overall resilience. Low ferritin is a common but overlooked driver of fatigue and hair shedding.
Cardiovascular & brain health
- Total Cholesterol
- LDL
- HDL
- Triglycerides
- ApoB
This panel evaluates lipid balance and cardiovascular risk — both closely tied to hormone production and long-term vitality.
Metabolic health
- Fasting Glucose
- HbA1c
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin D*
- Vitamin C*
These markers reveal how well your body regulates blood sugar and nutrients — key factors in energy, weight, and hormonal stability.
*Some biomarkers may require out-of-pocket payment if not covered by insurance.
Liver & kidney function
- ALT
- ALP
- Creatinine / eGFR
These markers confirm that your liver and kidneys can safely process hormones and medications for sustainable, long-term treatment.

Outcomes that transform how you feel
77% reduction in hot flash frequency with HRT
Oral HRT reduces the frequency of hot flashes and night sweats by 77% compared to placebo — making it the most clinically validated treatments.1
Up to 70% experience vasomotor symptoms
Between 48% and 70% of women in the menopausal transition experience hot flashes and night sweats, with symptoms ranging from moderate to severe.2
Median duration of untreated menopause symptoms
Those with perimenopause experience frequent hot flashes and night sweats for a median of 7.4 years — and for some women, this can extend to over a decade.3
4x Higher risk of depressive symptoms
Women with no prior history of depression were more than four times as likely to develop depressive symptoms during their menopausal transition.4
26% of menopausal women develop clinical insomnia
A substantial proportion of women experience sleep disruptions severe enough to qualify for a clinical diagnosis of insomnia during and after the menopausal transition.5
~24–28% reduction in fracture risk with hormone therapy
Long-term hormone therapy significantly reduces the risk of osteoporotic fractures in postmenopausal women. Combined HRT reduced fracture incidence further.6

Frequently asked questions
What is menopause and how do I know I'm experiencing it?
Menopause is a natural hormonal transition that marks the end of the menstrual cycle. It unfolds in three stages: Perimenopause (typically beginning in the mid-30s to 40s), when hormones fluctuate and symptoms like hot flashes, mood changes, and sleep disruption begin; Menopause, confirmed after 12 consecutive months without a period; and Postmenopause, when symptoms may ease but long-term hormonal decline increases the risk of osteoporosis, heart disease, and metabolic changes.
How do hormones shift during menopause?
Key hormones decline as menopause progresses. Estrogen drops, triggering hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and increased cardiovascular risk. Progesterone falls, leading to anxiety and sleep problems. Testosterone declines, reducing libido and muscle tone. Cortisol fluctuates, amplifying stress sensitivity. Metabolism slows, contributing to weight gain and insulin resistance. Lifestyle changes and personalized medical support can help manage all of these shifts.
How does the Cloudcure virtual menopause care program work?
Our program guides you through five steps: (1) a comprehensive online health assessment; (2) a full bloodwork panel; (3) a virtual consultation with a licensed clinician and a customized care plan; (4) a wellness check-in with a health coach focused on sleep, nutrition, and stress; and (5) ongoing quarterly follow-ups with medication delivered to your door.
Why is bloodwork required, and when should it be done?
Lab testing allows us to assess hormone levels, rule out underlying conditions, ensure treatment safety, and personalize your dosing. For regular cycles: ideally days 19–21. For no period in 12+ months: anytime. For irregular cycles: aim for days 19–21 from your most recent period. All labs should be done in the morning after a 12-hour fast.
What does the Cloudcure program cost?
Your initial investment is a $49 activation fee then ongoing care is $99 per month and includes virtual clinician visits, lab reviews, treatment optimization, unlimited health coach access, and structured wellness protocols. Medication is billed separately.
What treatment options are available?
Cloudcure offers Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) in multiple forms — topical creams, patches, and oral options — as well as non-hormonal alternatives including supplements and prescription medications for energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Your clinician will recommend the right approach based on your results and goals.
