Cloudcure is currently to individuals who are 18+, reside in Canada, and are located in a province where our services are available. Cloudcure does not provide primary care, and you must also meet the eligibility criteria of the program you are interested.
This service is currently available in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and Quebec. We will be available in Nova Scotia shortly, as well as nationwide in the near future. Cloudcure offers Health Canada–approved prescription medications to support metabolic and hormonal health, as clinically appropriate for each patient. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating clinician. Cloudcure does not guarantee any prescription or interfere with clinical judgement.
Cloudcure offers flexible plans without contracts or long-term commitments.
Our fees cover access to our platform, with concierge and on-demand medical support. This includes initial consultations and assessments, follow-up medical visits by video, free prescription delivery, labwork requisitions, and support by secure chat.
Medication costs for the program are separate from plan costs. The cost of medications varies by medication prescribed and may be covered by your drug insurance plan.
Our support team will work directly with your insurer to obtain medication coverage and may be able to direct-bill for any prescriptions. We have a wide range of safe, effective medications with varied qualifying criteria, however coverage amounts for all medications is determined by your insurer or plan sponsor/provider.
Some insurers and plans may recognize and reimburse the cost of our services. In addition, most programs allow reimbursement for our services via and HSA, if available to you.
