Our physicians, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians and nutritionists are all in Canada, and licensed in Canada. All practitioners bring significant experience or training within their respective areas of practice.

We recommend that you keep seeing your primary care provider. Cloudcure is designed to help you diagnose, treat and improve your PCOS symptoms but it is not a substitute for primary care.
You can join cloudcure even if you are on birth control. We do not recommend stopping your birth control or any medications before consulting with your primary care provider or cloudcure clinician.
Our programs are fully digital, using telemedicine to treat you safely and effectively. When you join Cloudcure, you complete a comprehensive intake and laboratory testing that will be reviewed prior to your initial appointment before the practitioners see you on a video call.
The minimum age to use our services is 18 years or older.
You do not require a referral from your doctor to join our PCOS program.
Yes, GLP-1 and other medications may be prescribed by cloudcure practitioners if it is considered an appropriate treatment to treat your condition and symptoms.
